Christopher M. Carrere serves as Chairman of the Board of Lykes Bros. Inc., assuming the role in March 2026 after more than 15 years of service on the company's Board of Directors. Since joining the Board in 2010, he has played a key role in guiding the company's strategic direction, most recently serving as Chair of the Governance Committee, where he helped strengthen governance practices and leadership development.

Christopher brings more than two decades of business development and sales leadership experience. Since 2003, he has been a top-performing broker with Galati Yacht Sales in Anna Maria, Florida, specializing in Viking Yachts, Valhalla Boatworks, Princess Yachts, and mega yacht sales. Galati Yacht Sales is the world's largest privately owned yacht sales company and an industry leader in luxury boating. Earlier in his career, he served as Purchasing and Product Development Manager for eAngler.com in Tampa and as a Trust Associate with SunTrust Bank in Atlanta. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of the South (Sewanee).

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Christopher is an active civic leader dedicated to serving the Tampa Bay community and the state of Florida. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and continues to serve on its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Board of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Foundation and was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis in 2025 to serve as a Commissioner of the Tampa Port Authority. Through his leadership across business and nonprofit organizations, he has built a reputation for strategic vision, sound governance, and a commitment to advancing the organizations and communities he serves.
