Prior to joining Crunch Fitness, Geoff was the Founder and CEO of Lifestyle Family Fitness, a Florida-based health club chain with 56 facilities across 4 States.

During Geoff's career, he served as the President of the International Health and Racquet Sports Club Association (IHRSA) 2001-2002 and has served as the President of the Florida Health Club Association (FHCA) 1994-2006.

Geoff was recognized by Ernst and Young as the Florida winner of the “Entrepreneur of the year” award in 2005, named the 2007 Gulf Coast Business Review “Tampa Bay Area Entrepreneur of the Year” and was the 2008 recipient of the “Dale S. Dibble Award for Distinguished Service” by IHRSA.
