Matt Repchak, Chief Marketing Officer for Florida Citrus Sports
July 20, 2026
Matt Repchak is the Chief Marketing Officer for Florida Citrus Sports (FCS).
Known nationally as organizers of college football’s Pop-Tarts Bowl and Citrus Bowl, FCS hosts a portfolio of sports and entertainment events that also includes the Camping World Kickoff, the FC Series international soccer showcase and more. FCS also acted as the local organizing partner for the NFL Pro Bowl Games in Orlando. The 501(c)3 nonprofit has a mission to generate economic and socio-economic impact in the Central Florida community, especially the historically underserved West Lakes neighborhoods surrounding Camping World Stadium, where FCS is the primary tenant.
A graduate of Tampa Jesuit and Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Matt began his career as an intern at FCS in 2005. He recently completed his 21st season with the organization. In his current role, he leads teams focused on sales, ticketing and integrated marketing & communications for all FCS properties.
In 2019, Repchak led a business model expansion and innovation initiative for FCS, launching new business verticals in youth sports and international soccer. As a result of that initiative, FCS now enters its sixth season as partner for the Pop Warner Super Bowl and Cheer & Dance Championships. Its soccer property, the FC Series, promoted Manchester City's preseason U.S. tour last summer in venues across the country, including the University of North Carolina's Kenan Stadium and The Ohio State University's Ohio Stadium.
Under Repchak's leadership, the Pop-Tarts Bowl was named the first-ever Brand Activation of the Year at the Sports Business Awards for its debut game. He recently completed a rebrand for FCS to connect the organization back to its roots as organizers of the Citrus Bowl game.
