Mike has served as the Scout Executive of the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council since March 2022.
Mike began his Scouting career as a District Executive in the Atlanta Area Council in 1985 where he also served as Field Director, Finance Director,
and Director of Finance Services. From Atlanta, Mike was selected to serve as the Scout Executive of the Old Hickory Council in Winston-Salem, North
Carolina and then served as the Deputy Scout Executive for the National Capital Area Council in Bethesda, Maryland. Mike then was chosen to lead
the Blue Ridge Council in Greenville, SC in 2010, followed by a role on the national staff for the Boy Scouts of America from 2019 until his selection in
Tampa. -

He has been with the bank for 20 years serving in various roles, and has 27 years of banking experience, all of which have been spent in Tampa Bay. Prior to joining The Bank of Tampa in
2003, Corey was employed by SunTrust Bank. -

John Hitchen is the Managing Director for Strive Sales INC’s U.S. office. He has worked with Strive for 4 years. Hitchen joined Strive with more than seven years of recruitment experience, working across a number of sectors. Strive Sales is an international software sales recruitment company which helps build world-class go-to-market teams for some of the most disruptive, venture capital backed software companies across the globe. Strive Sales is based in Manchester, England, and in March 2023, announced it was launching its first international office in Tampa.

Vance is an aviation professional with 20+ years of experience in the field. He is an FAA ATP licensed pilot with 5,000 hours of total flight time across a wide range of aircraft. He was employed by Republic Airways (formerly Chautauqua Airlines) from 2004-2008 as a captain on the Embraer 145 before transitioning to the pilot training industry.

Brad Oleshansky spent the first 12+ years of his career as an entertainment attorney in Los Angeles, CA, including roles at Virgin Records, The Walt Disney Company and a boutique Beverly Hills law firm. He built digital marketing firm Big Communications into a powerhouse serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and then orchestrated its sale to a public company.
